The 3D Color Integration in Monolithic Restorations
Color analysis: 3D Staining Technique enhances color and optical properties, creating a 3D look on monolithic restorations.
Color is a 3-dimentional phenomenon. All 3 dimensions must be taken into consideration when we choose a color and when want to reproduce it to the restorations. For the 3D Staining Technique, we use Ivocolor staining materials to make a monolithic restoration look like it has been layered. Having analyzed the complexity of the natural teeth, we can copy the different structures and make characterizations only by staining. This technique can be also used internally on a cut-back labial surface, where we can stain the mamelons and the translucence, so after this, only one firing of enamel material is needed.
In this webinar, you will learn more about the following subjects:
-
Color analysis
-
3 dimensions of the color
-
Optical properties of the natural teeth
- 3D Staining technique
