Thomas Doblander
Thomas Doblander (CDT) completed his apprenticeship as dental technician 2002 in Germany. After this period of time he acquired his university entrance qualification and worked 6 years for DENTSPLY DETREY until he switched 2012 to Ivoclar Vivadent AG at the headquarter in Liechtenstein. He started as product manager for the portfolio of artificial teeth and denture base materials. From 2016 onwards he is operating in the International Center for Dental Education (ICDE) and education in his position as Manager Global Education technical dealer, customers and employees about the topic of removable and digital dentures worldwide. Moreover he is lecturing on international congresses and events.
Mattheus Boxhoorn
Mattheus Boxhoorn trained as a dental technician in Switzerland. He worked in a commercial laboratory as an all-round technician for 24 years, came into contact with the group around Prof. Gerber and worked for the Condylator service. This gave him the opportunity to collaborate with the teacher/denturist Max Bosshart in Switzerland and improve his knowledge in the field of removable prosthetics. This was followed by a one-year stay in the US and at the University of Queensland/Australia as a lecturer for removable prosthetics. Since 2005, Mattheus Boxhoorn has been working as a Manager Global Education technical for full dentures at the ICDE of Ivoclar Vivadent. He is a Master Instructor for the Biofunctional Prosthetic System (BPS) and for the DDP Digital Denture System as well as a technical instructor for suction-effective mandibular complete dentures (SEMCD by Dr Jiro Abe)
