Digital Dentures for Dental Laboratories - Part 1

Written by Ivoclar Vivadent Blog Team | 14 April 2020

In today's ever-changing market there is a demand by dentists for a digital workflow for removable prosthetics.  Dental laboratories are also looking for a way to increase technician productivity and reduce hands-on labor.

Digital Dentures is one way to accomplish these two objectives.  By utilizing digital techniques, we can help the dentist to reduce patient appointments for the fabrication of the denture as well as post-operative adjustments that eat up their profits.  For the Dental Laboratory, you will reduce the overall time it takes to produce a denture, as well as decreasing the time for resets and tooth mould changes that eat up your profits.  You will also have a digital record of the patient and their prosthesis in case of loss or breakage, giving you the possibility of additional revenue with very little labor-hours spent.
