Ignite Your Passion: The Art of Efficient Esthetics

Written by Ivoclar Vivadent Blog Team | 12 May 2020

Maintaining passion about restorative procedures can be challenging. Due to the frequency of use, direct resin restorations are the cornerstone of a restorative dental practice. These restorations are also a point of pressure for dentists due to financial factors and the required amount of time related to the complexity of the process. New advancements in resin and photo-polymerization technology allow us to simplify these procedures without compromising quality. Additionally, these advances can improve the profitability of the procedures. This program will focus on new technology, proper adhesion protocols, and the establishment of proper form and function while meeting the esthetic demands of today’s patients.

Objectives:

  • Understand how to use new restorative systems to increase office efficiency.
  • Understand proper adhesion protocols and application techniques.
  • Become knowledgeable about state-of-the-art polymerization technologies.
  • Learn proper placement and polishing techniques to achieve optimum anatomy and esthetics, as well as how to mitigate the external factors associated with these procedures.
